Warehouse & Storage Terms
Storage at our Red Oak facility is calculated based on volume. We apply strict safety protocols, yet the depositor retains responsibility for maintaining primary insurance on stored goods. Why? Because mutual responsibility ensures the highest safety standards.
Note: Claims for loss or damage must be filed in writing within 14 days of delivery. No exceptions. We value prompt communication to resolve discrepancies effectively.
